Roberto Jr. New

Roberto Jr. New has extensive work experience in human resources roles. From 2016 to 2023, they worked for various companies in different positions. Roberto Jr. started at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where they held several HR leadership roles in various countries. Roberto Jr. was the Head of HR for Thailand & Myanmar from September 2016 to December 2018, then moved on to become the Head of HR for Indonesia & the Philippines from January 2019 to February 2022. Roberto Jr. later served as the Site HR Director for the Global Service Center Philippines from February 2021 to April 2023 and as the Regional Head of People Partners for Asia Pacific from February 2022 to April 2023. In 2023, Roberto Jr. New joined FLS Group as the Chief People Officer from May to November, and is currently working as the Vice President and Group Head of HR at Emirates Shipping Line.

Roberto Jr. New attended IMD in the years 2020-2021, but did not obtain a degree or study in a specific field. Additionally, Roberto has obtained several certifications including a Performance Coach Certification with Distinction from Mind Gym in 2017, a Predictive Index Specialist certification from The Predictive Index in 2013, and an Organizational Design and Performance Management certification from Cornell University in 2009. Roberto also has a certification in Q12 from Gallup, but the exact year of obtaining this certification is unknown.
