Marco Saitta

Marco Saitta is an accomplished business transformation leader with extensive experience in the steel and engineering industries. Currently serving as Director of Business Transformation at Emirates Steel Arkan since October 2014, Marco has successfully directed a value enhancement program aimed at increasing company value by $110M by 2025. Previous roles include Manager of Strategy & Transformation, where Marco focused on developing comprehensive transformation roadmaps across various functions, and Safety Excellence Transformation Lead, where significant improvements in safety governance were achieved. Earlier experience includes procurement optimization at ArcelorMittal and project engineering roles at Linde Engineering, alongside a solid educational foundation with an MBA from IESE Business School and an engineering degree from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.
