Sergiy Dynchev

Sergiy Dynchev, PhD, FCCA, currently serves as the Deputy Group CFO at Emirates Steel Arkan since May 2023. Prior to this role, Sergiy held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Ivancore SA from August 2021 to April 2023 and at Telf AG from May 2015 to July 2021, where a significant transformation of the company into a global commodities trader was facilitated. Additionally, Sergiy served as the Group Head of Corporate Finance at Metinvest from December 2007 to January 2015, and previously as Senior Treasury Manager, focusing on cash flow forecasting and securing funding. Early experience includes serving as Treasurer at Leman Commodities S.A. and positions at Donetsk National University and Azovstal Iron and Steel Works. Sergiy holds a PhD in Economics from Donetsk National University and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
