Ioannis Anagnostakis

Ioannis Anagnostakis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Emirates Group since August 2005, currently serving as Head of Business Improvement & Efficiency, focusing on transforming the Human Resources department into a data-driven entity for enhanced employee experiences. Previous roles include leading Data Governance and Customer Analytics, as well as overseeing the transformation of business models within departments. With a background in resource planning and operational improvement, Ioannis has also contributed as a part-time lecturer in Aviation Management at Emirates Aviation University and has engaged in significant research roles at prestigious institutions including the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where a PhD was obtained in Aeronautics/Astronautics. Ioannis holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and has been involved in various innovative aviation projects throughout the career.
