Melvin Kingsley

Melvin Kingsley is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience at Emirates, currently serving as the IT Change and Release Manager since August 2022. Prior to this role, Melvin held several positions at Emirates Airline from January 2002 to August 2022, including Principal Software Engineer, Software Engineering Manager, Senior Technical Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer. As Software Engineering Manager, responsibilities included leading a team to achieve software engineering excellence and driving innovation through data-driven practices. Melvin’s technical expertise encompasses the entire application delivery lifecycle, with a strong track record in project management, technical issue resolution, and full lifecycle software development. Melvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from St. Joseph College of Arts & Science, Bangalore, earned between 1994 and 1997.
