Lead User Researcher at EMIS Health

Lucy Winder has a strong work experience in user research, starting in 2002 at Ecorys UK as a Research Manager until 2008. Lucy then worked as a Research Consultant at sports coach UK from 2008 to 2010. After that, Lucy joined Wakefield and District Housing as a Research Manager from 2010 to 2018. In 2018, they joined NHS Digital as a Senior User Researcher for the NHS App until 2021, and then became the Lead User Researcher for the Urgent and Emergency Care, Pathways Programme until 2023.
