Lucy Winder

Lucy Winder has a strong work experience in user research, starting in 2002 at Ecorys UK as a Research Manager until 2008. Lucy then worked as a Research Consultant at sports coach UK from 2008 to 2010. After that, Lucy joined Wakefield and District Housing as a Research Manager from 2010 to 2018. In 2018, they joined NHS Digital as a Senior User Researcher for the NHS App until 2021, and then became the Lead User Researcher for the Urgent and Emergency Care, Pathways Programme until 2023. Currently, Lucy is working as a Lead User Researcher at EMIS from 2023 onwards.

Lucy Winder completed their education in a chronological order. Lucy first attended Leeds Beckett University from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences. Later, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued an MA in Social Research Methods at the University of Leeds.
