Tori B. has extensive work experience in the field of HR technology and operations. Tori currently holds the position of Sr. Director, Global People (HR) Technology, Operations and Analytics at Gong, where they lead the HRIS, People Operations, People Analytics, and Immigration teams. Tori plays a crucial role in advising on People Ops and Tech programs that impact the organization globally, collaborating with various cross-functional groups.

Prior to their current role, Tori founded their own company called Hundo.ai in 2022. Tori was also a Strategic Advisor at Emissary.io starting in 2023.

Before these ventures, Tori held leadership positions at Forcepoint and BJ Services. At Forcepoint, they served as Director, HRIS, HR Operations, and Recruiting Operations, leading global teams and managing the Workday HCM and Sap Litmos LMS system. At BJ Services, Tori was the Workday Certified HR Tech/HRIS Manager and Project Manager, overseeing HR technology and operations personnel.

Tori has also worked as a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst at Service Corporation International, managing the Workday HCM for various HR departments. Tori played a crucial role in quarterly updates and UAT testing, solved complex business problems, and facilitated meetings for training purposes.

At Accenture, Tori served as a Senior SuccessFactors LMS Analyst, managing the SuccessFactors learning management system and implementing Workforce Analytics for Dow The Chemical Company. Tori was involved in the transition from Oracle PeopleSoft to SuccessFactors and actively participated in the design phase of the SuccessFactors LMS module implementation for a major oil and gas construction company.

Tori has also worked as a Learning Management System Administrator at ConocoPhillips, a Lead HRIS Analyst at Bush International Consulting, and a Trainer/Instructor at Remington College.

Tori B. holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Texas Woman's University. Prior to obtaining their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry from Texas Southern University. Tori also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Applied Science from Lone Star College. In addition to their formal education, Tori has obtained certifications such as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI. Tori has also completed a certification in Diversity and Inclusion for the Workplace from the University of South Florida, as well as a Workday PRO certification in HCM, Recruiting, and Security from Workday.
