Rob Reeve

Rob Reeve has over 40 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Rob served as the Operations Director a.i. at Emixa in 2023. Previously, they worked as the Managing Director at R2i International B.V. where they successfully revitalized a medium-sized business through culture change and upgraded technology. At Carlisle Hardcast B.V./Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) Europe, they served as the Managing Director and spearheaded a complete turnaround effort and increased sales and revenue generation. Rob Reeve also worked at Qurius as an Interim Project Manager, driving IT turnaround projects and promoting organizational growth. Prior to that, they were the Group Managing Director at CRH, overseeing multiple companies and implementing strategies for professional improvement and growth. Rob also held leadership positions at Verhulst Luchtbehandeling, Tennant Company, Nissan Europe NV, and First National Bank (FNB) where they contributed to the success of their operations and systems development.

Rob Reeve attended the following educational institutions and programs:

- From 1993 to 1995, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Henley Business School.

- In 2017 and 2018, they attended Scolea, where they obtained a diploma as a Labour Specialist in Labour Law and occupational therapy.

- From 2023 to 2033, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for a program on AI (Artificial Intelligence) and its implications for business strategy.

- In addition, in 2023, they briefly attended MIT Sloan School of Management for a program on AI (Artificial Intelligence) implications for business strategy.

Rob also has some unspecified IT education from Van Zyl & Pritchard + CUC SA, which took place in 1986.
