Jacob Griffiths

Jacob Griffiths began their career in 2014 as a Grocery Team Lead at Smart & Final. In 2015, they joined MedMen as a Dispensary Technician and was promoted to Retail Shift Lead, Operations Lead, and Co-Manager of Operations. In 2020, they began working at San Diego Harley-Davidson as a Shipping Supervisor and Lot tech. Most recently, in 2021, Jacob joined Emjay as an Assistant General Manager, Inventory Manager, and Intaker. In this role, they were the point of contact for all local officials, security team, and contractors. Jacob also hired, developed and supervised leads in all departments at the store level, and created and managed monthly budget to meet corporate P&L goals.

Jacob Griffiths graduated from Grossmont High School with a High School Diploma.
