Jennifer Boardway

Jennifer Boardway is an IT Helpdesk Technician at EMKAY, Inc. since March 2022, previously serving as a Technical Support Representative at CrossCom from September 2021 to March 2022, where responsibilities included providing remote L1 and L2 support for network-related issues and ticket management through ServiceNow. Prior to this, Jennifer gained customer service experience as a Server at The Cheesecake Factory from May 2018 to February 2022, achieving significant sales, and worked as both a Hostess and Server at Clarke's Rogers Park and Clarke's Hyde Park from July 2016 to February 2022 and June 2014 to July 2016, respectively. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Studies from Saint Xavier University and has completed education at City Colleges of Chicago-Richard J. Daley College and Eric Solorio Academy High School.
