The board of directors at EML has a history of experience with managing companies, as well as a background in business from notable schools such as Harvard Business School. They have also been members of various other companies' boards of directors, including JB Hi-Fi and PropertyGuru Group. Furthermore, the board has a commitment to diversity, as seen through their involvement with the Australian Institute of Company Directors' Diversity Advisory Committee.
