Kristian Kauper

Kristian Kauper has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Kristian is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of emlen.io, where they help sales and marketing teams engage buyers with targeted content. Prior to that, they worked as the CTO of Fanomena GmbH from 2018 to 2022, where they developed technologically advanced software solutions for events. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the CTO of PeerBrief Pty Ltd, a crowdsourcing recruitment platform. Before that, they held the position of Head of Technical Strategy at Yahoo!7 Pty Ltd from 2006 to 2013, where they led multiple engineering and operations groups and played a key role in developing content acquisition and delivery platforms. Kristian also worked as the Digital Engineering Manager at Seven Network Limited from 2004 to 2006, where they led a team responsible for digital media publishing systems. Additionally, they have held various senior engineering and software development roles at AOL|7, Halcyon Systems, Zembu Labs, Chiplogic, and Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, where they gained expertise in areas such as distributed database applications, embedded software development, and data acquisition systems.

Kristian Kauper began their education at Harvard University in 1988, studying computer science as an extension program. Kristian then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University, which they completed in 1994.
