Michaela König-Joseph

Michaela Layton serves as the Vice President of Acquisitions & Asset Management at Terreno Realty Corporation since December 2021, following a role as Acquisition & Asset Management Associate. Prior to this position, Michaela worked as a Real Estate Investment Analyst at Trinity Real Estate from March 2020 to December 2021, contributing to the management and repositioning of over $3 billion in assets. Earlier experience includes roles as a Financial Analyst at Intel Corporation, Finance and Accounting Tutor and Research Assistant at the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business, and a Private Equity Analyst at Longeron. Michaela's education culminated in a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a finance focus from the University of Washington, earned in 2019.
