Frances Clare Beltran

Frances Clare Beltran possesses extensive experience in supply chain management and customer care, currently serving as the Senior Lead for Global Order to Cash and Global Order Management at Emma – The Sleep Company since August 2021. Prior to this role, Frances held the position of Senior Manager for Supply Chain and Customer Care at QIAGEN from September 2017 to July 2021, and spent over a decade in various managerial roles at Emerson Automation Solutions, focusing on order fulfillment and customer accounts. Frances began a career in foreign government relations at the French Embassy in the Philippines and has experience as a French Communication Specialist for SGS and All Fashion Gloves. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from the University of the Philippines, a Diploma in Supply Chain Management from San Beda College Alabang, and ongoing studies for an MBA at Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
