Naomi Guezel is a professional with extensive experience in customer support and management across several companies. Currently serving as a BPO Partner Manager for Emma – The Sleep Company since January 2024, Naomi defines strategies for the company's Customer Excellence Global Network in the EMEA region, evaluates outsourcing vendors, and manages partnerships with business excellence teams. Prior roles include Team Leader for Customer Support & Service at Dashlane, where Naomi led a team of eight to enhance user experience, and Team Leader at Bolt, managing customer support teams and collaborating on projects to improve service quality. Naomi began the career as a Customer Support Specialist at Bolt and also gained experience as a Shop Manager at Bairro Arte, where team management and customer service were key responsibilities. Naomi holds a degree from Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade NOVA de Lisboa.
