Sarah Courtright has over a decade of experience in quality enhancement and early intervention services. Currently serving as the Manager of Quality Enhancement at Emmaus Homes since November 2012, Sarah ensures compliance with funding and accreditation, conducts internal investigations, analyzes data for reporting, develops training resources, chairs committees, and collaborates on departmental projects. Prior to this role, Sarah was a Family Service Coordinator for Missouri First Steps, providing case management for early intervention services for children and families, and held positions at Life Skills and Community Alternatives as a Program Coordinator, focusing on individualized supports and staff supervision. Sarah earned a Master's degree in Education from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Greenville University.
