Kristin McCants Knust

Kristin McCants Knust has a diverse range of work experience in the field of data management. Kristin is currently an Associate Vice President at Emmes, where they lead the Data Management team. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director and Global Head of Data Management (Acting) and Director of Data Management at the same company. Before moving up to these leadership positions, Kristin worked as a Principal Data Manager, gaining valuable experience in cell and gene therapy research on global studies. Kristin also served as a direct manager for several data managers and as the functional group manager for the data management department. Kristin's earlier experience includes roles at the George Washington University Biostatistics Center as a Sr. Research Assistant and at Virginia Tech as a Research Assistant.

Kristin McCants Knust earned a Master of Science (MS) in Health Sciences, with a specialization in Clinical Research Administration, from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology, Biology, and Chemistry at Virginia Tech. Additionally, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in December 2022.
