Katie Soo serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of DICE since February 2023, overseeing global operations, commercial revenue, content, and fan experience among other areas. Previously, Katie held the role of Chief Business Officer at DICE, where responsibilities included leading global teams and P&L management across various marketing functions. In addition to current roles, Katie is a Trustee on the Asia Society Global Board, an Active Voting Member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, and Chairman of the Board for Asia Society Southern California. Katie also serves as an advisor to multiple organizations, including Saga.xyz and Mini Studio AI, and holds degrees from San Francisco State University and London Business School.

It is a nonprofit organization devoted to the advancement of telecommunication arts and sciences and to fostering creative leadership in the telecommunication industry. The Television Academy, the only major organization devoted to the television and broadband screen entertainment industry, is made up of over 19,000 members, representing 29 professional peer groups, including performers, directors, producers, art directors and various other artisans, technicians and executives.
