Lauren Brown

Dr. Lauren Brown manages research collaborations and develops new research-related opportunities that utilize the Scene platform. Lauren is a health systems research scientist with an emphasis on mixed methods, program evaluation, and research resource development in diverse settings, especially East and Southern Africa. She has over 13 years of experience in public health research and programs at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Catholic Relief Services, FHI 360, the World Health Organization, and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Dr. Brown holds a doctorate of philosophy from Johns Hopkins University and a master’s of science in public health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
