Tom Carroll

Tom Carroll is a Board Member at Emocha Health. Prior to joining Emocha, Tom served as Managing Director at Stifel Financial Corp, where they led the health services research group. Tom has also held positions as Senior Consultant at KPMG Consulting and Managing Director at Legg Mason Equity Research. Tom began their career as a Financial Analyst at Doctors Health System.

Tom Carroll's educational career began at Seneca Valley High School. Tom then attended Towson University for their undergraduate degree. Finally, they pursued their masters at The Johns Hopkins University in the field of Health Finance and Management.
