Dulmini Fernando

Dulmini Fernando has a diverse range of work experience. Dulmini started their career as an Accounts Trainee at Piramal Glass Ceylon PLC in 2008, where they completed their training for Chartered Accountancy and gained experience with SAP ERP System. During this time, they also took on the responsibility of compiling information for the Annual Report.

In 2010, Dulmini joined Ernst and Young as an Audit Trainee, where they carried out training recommended by the Chartered Institute of Sri Lanka. Dulmini worked in the audit teams for various clients, including Nations Trust Bank PLC, Hemas Holdings, and J L Morrisson's PLC.

In 2012, Dulmini joined MAS Intimates (Pvt) Ltd, first as an Accounts Executive, where they worked as a senior on the Accounts Receivables Team. Dulmini ensured that all customers paid their dues on time and handled any discrepancies by negotiating with marketing teams and customers. Later, they served as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, where they worked as a Business Analyst and organized events while handling confidential documents.

In 2015, Dulmini joined MAS Holdings as a Development Merchandiser, where they met customer deadlines by coordinating with various stakeholders and suppliers. Dulmini also negotiated competitive prices with suppliers and managed daily problems.

In 2018, Dulmini joined Emojot Inc. as a Senior Operations Analyst and later became a Senior Operations Manager in 2019. Their role involved managing operations and analyzing data to improve efficiency.

Most recently, Dulmini became the Director of Anil's Select in 2013, where they are currently serving in a leadership position.

Dulmini Fernando obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Ladies College in Colombo 07 from 1996 to 2006, where they completed their Advanced Level studies. In addition to their formal education, they also hold several certifications, including an MBA from Cardiff University of London, a Certified Business Accountant certification from CA Sri Lanka obtained in 2013, and an MAAT (Member of Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka) certification obtained in 2012. Dulmini also has a Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Colombo School of Computing, although the year of attainment is not specified.
