Julia Baur

Julia Baur began their career in 1995 as an Athletin for the Deutscher Skiverband. In 2002, they took on a Trainee role at the Tourismus- und Sportamt Donaueschingen. In 2007, they became the European Marketing Coordinator at Black Diamond Europe. From 2011 to 2016, they were the Marketing Manager at Salewa Schweiz AG, with responsibility for the Marketing team as well as personal and budget management. From 2016 to 2019, they were the HR Senior Professional Employer Branding at ALDI SUISSE AG. In 2022, they became the Founder of brandchalet.ch, helping others to start their own businesses by building websites and social media channels, creating digital strategies, and setting up simple tools to be found by customers.

Julia Baur received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration and Tourism Management from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) between 2002 and 2005. In 2021, they obtained a Growth Leader Certified certification from Realgrowthhacking, and in 2018, they obtained an Employer Branding Professional certification from the Employer Branding Academy.
