Carleigh Blaylock received a bachelor of social work degree from the King University Department of Social Work. While in college, Carleigh developed a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion work. Before coming to Emory & Henry, Carleigh worked at the Southwest Virginia 4-H Educational Center where she developed skills in planning, facilitating and developing programming. She is currently working on her Master’s of Community and Organizational Leadership at Emory & Henry College.
She enjoys supporting students as they pursue their education and making sure every student and Emory & Henry College is seen, supported, and celebrated. As a Student Success Coach, Carleigh helps students to connect with resources and create strategic plans to accomplish their personal and academic goals.
