Analyst Researcher at Emory Impact Investing Group

Amal Panjwani is a dedicated undergraduate student at Emory University, expected to graduate in May 2026, with a High School Diploma from St. Mary's Episcopal School, earned in May 2022. Currently serving as a Summer Intern at West Cancer Center & Research Institute since May 2023, Amal is also engaged as an Undergraduate Researcher at Emory University and an Analyst Researcher with the Emory Impact Investing Group. Amal founded Islands of Stability in May 2016, providing English education to students in Khorog, Tajikistan, while also contributing to local initiatives for refugees and the homeless. In a previous role as a Research Intern at The University of Memphis in 2021, Amal collaborated with Dr. Marie van der Merwe on a study regarding the safety and efficacy of a probiotic supplement for high-intensity runners.
