Ben Brodsky is currently the President of the Emory Real Estate Private Equity Fund, a student-led initiative with approximately $350,000 in assets under management. Previous experience includes a Summer Analyst position at Walton Street Capital, where Ben underwrote a $65 million student housing refinance and developed a multifamily deal pitch. Ben also served as a Commercial Real Estate Development and Acquisitions Summer Analyst at ViaWest Group, focusing on rent growth analysis for a $105 million portfolio and market research for industrial developments in Phoenix. Prior to these roles, Ben was a Real Estate Summer Analyst at Progress Residential®, developing financial models and conducting market analyses. Ben Brodsky is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate, with a double major in English, at Emory University, and has studied at the University of Oxford.
