Aluir Dias Purceno

Aluir Dias Purceno has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Aluir started their career as a Coordinator at INOVA - UFMG, where they restructured the incubator and implemented a modern coworking model. Aluir then moved on to Fundepar - Fundep Participações S.A., where they were responsible for capturing new business, technological validation, and developing new development programs.

In 2015, Aluir became the CEO and Executive Coordinator at Programa Lemonade, where they conceptualized the program, selected startups, trained the team, and executed nine successful editions. Aluir also founded and served as the CEO of Acceleratus, a company focused on intelligent business.

Aluir co-founded Meu Relato and Ctrl Saúde in 2021. At Meu Relato, they served as a Co-founder, and at Ctrl Saúde, they were responsible for founding and developing the company.

In 2019, Aluir joined CUREM - Centro de Treinamento em Urgência e Emergência as the Director of Growth, Innovation, and Internationalization. Aluir Dias Purceno holds a Doctorate in Inorganic Chemistry from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a combined degree in Pharmacy and Master's in Environmental Engineering from Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto from 2000 to 2008, specializing in Health and Environment. Aluir also completed a Doctorate Sandwich program in Chemistry, Nanotechnology, and Catalysis at Universidade de Toulouse in 2011 and 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications, including a Masterclass in Testing Business Ideas from Strategyzer - Your Training Partner in September 2021 and an Entrepreneurship Summer Program from Boston College in July 2014.
