Aïcha LAIDOUDI has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as an Assistant Technicien at Société Nationale de l'Electricité et du Gaz. Aïcha later worked as a Projet Tutoré at Ecole Nationale Polytechnique (ENP) - Algeria, where they focused on modeling and dimensioning variable reluctance machines. Aïcha also worked as an Assistant Ingénieur at Société Des ciments d’Ain El-Kebira ‘’S.C.A.E.K’’.
In 2016, Aïcha joined the Institut FEMTO-ST as a Projet Tutoré, and then worked as a Stagiaire at Ecole Nationale Polytechnique (ENP) - Algeria, where they performed diagnostic tests on a high-tension isolator under desert pollution.
Aïcha gained professional experience in the field of engineering at Assystem, where they worked as a Stagiaire "Assistant Ingénieur" and dealt with the control of a tubular linear induction motor.
Aïcha then joined Schneider Electric in 2018 for an internship in engineering, and simultaneously worked as a doctorante at LSEE (Laboratoire Systèmes Electrotechniques et Environnement ), Université d'Artois.
Currently, they are working as an Ingénieur R&D Design des Machines Électriques at Nidec Psa Emotors.
