Amir El Guinady began their work experience in 2010 as an Attorney at Law for BNP Paribas, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they served as a Senior Legal Advisor for OCI Fertilizer International B.V. Amir then worked briefly as a Senior Legal Advisor for Faurecia from July to October 2017. In 2018, Amir joined Consolis as a Senior Legal Advisor and worked there until April 2022. Amir currently holds the position of Legal Manager & Chief Compliance Officer at Emotors, starting in May 2022.

From 2011 to 2012, Amir attended L'Université Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris 1) in Paris, France, where they earned a Master II degree in Institution of International Business Law.
Prior to that, from 2006 to 2010, they studied at the Faculty of Law (French section) in Ain-Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, and obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
In the same period, they also pursued a Master I degree at Jean-Moulin (Lyon3) in Lyon, France.
Before their higher education, from 1992 to 2005, Amir attended Lycée El Horeya in Zamalek, Egypt, where they completed their Thanaweya Amma degree.
