Renée Werner has a diverse work experience in various fields. Renée started their career in 2013 as a Hotelfachfrau at Kempinski Hotels, where they gained experience in different hotel departments. Renée then worked as a Commis De Rang at Kempinski Hotels before joining Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Restaurant Server. After that, Renée worked as a Freelance Photographer at Renee Werner Photography from 2010 to 2020. In 2014, they participated in a German-French exchange program at L'IMPARFAIT. Currently, Renée is working at emovis GmbH as the Director of Customer Success, responsible for business development, marketing, patient recruitment, and patient services.

Renée Werner completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Druck- und Medientechnik from Berlin University of Applied Sciences Berlin (BHT) from 2017 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Brillat-Savarin-Schule between 2013 and 2016, where they obtained a degree in Hotelfachfrau. In addition to their academic qualifications, Renée Werner also holds certifications such as a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training from Yoga Alliance, obtained in March 2023, and an Ausbildereignungsprüfung (Ordinance on Aptitude of Instructors) from IHK Berlin, obtained in September 2019.
