Ali Shawer

Ali Shawer is an experienced professional in customer success and presales engineering, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Instabug since September 2021. Prior to this role, Ali held various positions at Dell Technologies from May 2011 to September 2021, including Principal Presales Engineer and Manager of Remote System Engineering, where significant contributions were made to establishing remote presales operations and supporting sales teams in achieving quotas. Additional experience includes roles as Manager of Channel Tech Refresh for EMEA, System Engineer Analyst focused on storage solutions, IT Project Administrator at EMethanex, and Information Technology Network Engineer at the Ministry of Communication.
