Steven Mason

Steven Mason is currently serving as the Executive Chairman and CEO at Care Continuity, a company offering AI-powered patient navigation software and navigators for health systems and health plans. Prior to this role, Steven was the Managing Director at Empactful Capital LLC, an early-stage venture capital firm focusing on digital health companies.
