Tanja van de Velde

Tanja Van de Velde has extensive experience in human resources and social support roles, primarily at Empatec NV since 2000, where titles have included HRM / PB, Vertrouwenspersoon, OR-lid, werkstapcoach, and ondersteuner werkleiding. Tanja has facilitated support for management through human development programs and provided coaching for individuals entering the workforce. Additionally, Tanja served as OR-vz, focusing on employee representation and advocacy. Previous positions include serving as a platform representative for POC Noord Nederland and working in social advisory roles at Stichting De Loopplank. Tanja began a career in hospitality at Camping It Soal and has a solid educational background, with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Services from Inholland Groningen and various vocational qualifications in social services and administrative support.
