Stephanie Strausbaugh

Stephanie Strausbaugh, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Culture and Communications Manager at Empath Health since February 2020, where responsibilities include managing culture initiatives and internal communications. Prior to this role, Stephanie was a Human Resources Generalist at the same organization and worked as a Recruiting & Retention Specialist at Aviva - A Campus for Senior Life from April 2018 to February 2020. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Human Resources Manager at Hyatt Regency Sarasota from September 2011 to April 2018 and holding various roles at Walt Disney World, including as an Entertainment Performer from October 2003 to December 2011. Stephanie's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida, completed in 2009.
