Mindy O'Melia currently serves as AVP of Mortgage Processing at Deere Employees Credit Union since November 2020. Previously, O'Melia held the position of VP of Mortgage Operations at Vibrant Credit Union from September 2019 to November 2020 and was the Real Estate Lending Manager at Modern Woodmen Bank between July 2014 and April 2019, where O'Melia developed and implemented systems for mortgage operations. Earlier experience includes serving as the Regional Operations Manager at US Bank Home Mortgage, overseeing a team of 16 staff members, and achieving the rank of #1 in Closed Loans as a Mortgage Loan Processor in 2003. O'Melia started the professional journey in Loan Servicing at US Bank from June 1997 to May 1999. O'Melia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Western Illinois University.
