Bradley Hatch has over 10 years of experience in the field of AI and data science. Bradley began their career in 2010 as an Instructor at the University of Utah, where they helped create and teach a new course on quantitative business research. In 2013, they joined Emperitas as their Chief Analytics Officer, where they were responsible for creating deep learning algorithms for client software, overseeing quantitative research, and developing interactive simulators. In 2015, they joined Lab41 as a Machine Learning Researcher, where they developed deep learning solutions and code to a variety of problems. Bradley then moved to USG in 2019 as a Principal Data Scientist, where they developed a novel multi-modal attention model that combined customer behavior and characteristics to predict future purchases. Bradley'smost recent role is Chief AI Scientist at Stratesis Technologies, LLC, which they began in 2021.

Bradley Hatch began their educational journey in 2009 when they earned a Master's degree in Statistics from the University of Utah. Bradley then continued their education in 2018 when they became a PhD candidate in Machine Learning at Brigham Young University.
