Emba Grzegorz Kossakowski

Grzegorz Kossakowski, EMBA, has extensive work experience in facility management. Grzegorz started their career in 2001 as a Car Fleet Administrator at Ulrich Sp. z o.o. Grzegorz then joined Ultimate Fashion Sp. z o.o. in 2005, where they held various roles including Administration Specialist, Facility Manager, Construction Investments Coordinator, Technical and Service Controller, Maintenance Manager, and Facility Manager again. At Ultimate Fashion, they managed technical maintenance, implemented corporate standards, oversaw rebuilding and renovation projects, and collaborated with external service providers. In 2012, Grzegorz joined E M F Development sp zoo as a Facility Manager and later became the Head of Facility Department. Grzegorz performed similar responsibilities, and their tenure lasted until 2016. Currently, Grzegorz is the Head of Facility Department at Empik Group, where they continue to excel in their field.

Grzegorz Kossakowski, EMBA has a diverse education history that spans multiple disciplines. Grzegorz recently completed an Executive MBA program at Collegium Humanum in 2021-2022. Prior to that, they pursued postgraduate studies in Occupational Health & Safety management at Collegium Humanum from 2020-2021. Grzegorz also undertook postgraduate studies in Business psychology for managers at Kozminski University from 2014-2015.

Additionally, they have acquired specialized knowledge in real estate by completing two postgraduate studies programs at the University of Warsaw. In 2009-2010, they studied Real estate brokerage at the Faculty of Law and Administration, and in 2008-2009, they pursued Real estate management at the same faculty.

Furthermore, Grzegorz holds a master's degree from Akademia Humanistyczna im. Aleksandra Gieysztora, where they majored in Political Studies with a focus on European Studies from 2003-2008.

In addition to their educational background, Grzegorz Kossakowski has obtained several certifications. These include being a Certified Electrician for both Supervision and Operation, with a focus on voltage up to 1 kV, as well as holding an Electrical License for operating ventilation devices, air conditioning, refrigerating devices, pumps, vacuum pumps, ventilators, and compressors. Grzegorz is also a Gas Safe Engineer licensed for Operation and Supervision of systems with a pressure not higher than 5kPa. Furthermore, they hold a Senior Health & Safety Inspector certification and is qualified as an Inspector for fire-protection. Among their other certifications are a Certyfikat FGAZ-O/13/00057/19 in category I from Urząd Dozoru Technicznego and licenses in Real Estate Brokerage, Property Management, and Insurance Agency.

Grzegorz also possesses a range of additional skills, including holding driving licenses for categories A, B, C, BE, CE, and having a forklift truck license issued by Daewoo-Transco.
