Monika Milewska

Monika Milewska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in key account management and customer success across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Key Account Management at Empik Group since October 2023, Monika oversees a team focused on enhancing partnerships and driving sales in multiple categories. Prior to this role, Monika held the position of Customer Success Management Forwarders Lead at Trans.eu Group, where responsibilities included developing efficient workflows and leading a dedicated team to manage key clients. Monika's earlier career includes significant roles at CHEP, where expertise in key account management and sales led to managing a substantial portfolio for top FMCG brands. Monika holds a Master's degree in Law from Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego in Warsaw, supplemented by further education at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
