Pamela Willey

Pamela Willey has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over several roles in various companies. Pamela recently joined Empire Candle Co., LLC as the Vice President of Human Resources in June 2022. Prior to that, Pamela worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Hallmark Cards from October 2019 to May 2022. From October 2015 to March 2019, they held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Fairbanks Scales, where they provided HR guidance and leadership, managed HR departments, and implemented strategic talent acquisition and retention plans. Before that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Menorah Medical Center from October 2014 to October 2015. Pamela's experience also includes working as the Director of Human Resources at Guitar Center from August 2006 to October 2014 and as a Human Resources Manager at Sysco Asian Foods from June 2004 to August 2006.
