Heather Vassar, MBA, has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. From 2019 to the present, they have been serving as the Vice President of Marketing at EMPIRE. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2019, they worked at Universal Music Group, where they held multiple roles. Among these roles, they served as a Strategy & Research professional, collaborating with executives and C-suite members to drive overall strategy and creative development. Heather also oversaw digital marketing campaigns and real-time data visualization for UMGN labels, managers, artists, and brand partners. Before their time at Universal Music Group, Heather worked at BVCO, Certified Public Accountants, where they held roles such as Corporate Strategist and Operations Director & Talent Acquisition Management. In these positions, they successfully delivered strategy-led solutions, managed daily operations, and executed talent acquisition strategies.

Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing at Texas Tech University from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degrees, they also hold certifications in Google Analytics, specifically Fundamentals and Reporting and Analytics, which they obtained from Cardinal Path in May 2017. Heather is also a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, having obtained this certification from QuickBooks ProAdvisors USA LLC in March 2017.
