Sonny Brooks

Sonny Brooks began their work experience in the music industry as a Copyright Coordinator at Music Reports, Inc in 2016. They then moved on to Peermusic in 2018, where they worked as a Royalty Manager until 2022. Currently, Sonny is serving as the Director of Artist and Publishing Royalties at Empire.

Sonny Brooks began their education in 2010 at Foothill College, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Music Technology. SONNY attended Foothill College for two years, completing their studies in 2012. Later in 2012, Sonny went on to enroll at the University of Southern California, undertaking a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Industry. SONNY pursued their studies at USC for a period of three years, ultimately completing their degree in 2015. Throughout their educational journey, Sonny focused their studies on the fields of Music Technology and Music Industry.
