Joe Harmer has extensive experience in the beverage industry, currently serving as a Sales Executive at Empire Merchants North since May 2002, where responsibilities include acting as a Certified Beverage Consultant to local restaurants, bars, and liquor stores. Prior to this role, Joe Harmer was the Beverage Manager at The Otesaga Hotel from September 1998 to May 2002.
