Seema Singh

Seema Singh is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as General Counsel at Empire Office since May 2022, Singh previously held positions such as Deputy General Counsel at the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority from July 2016 to May 2022 and Senior Counsel, Deputy General Counsel at Battery Park City Authority from March 2012 to July 2016, where Singh represented the Authority in critical meetings. Prior legal experience includes working as an Associate at Bingham McCutchen LLP, focusing on investment funds, and at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, representing underwriters and issuers in public offerings and private placements. Seema Singh holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
