Terry Shields

Terry is the Senior Vice President of Empire’s Tampa office and is responsible for supporting the growth of the Empire sales network in the Tampa market. He is primarily responsible for leading and directing sales activities in his own network, as well as assisting the Sales and Account Managers in developing relationships with clients, architects, designers, real estate brokers, and others. Terry manages communications between the various departments within the Tampa office and works with the leaders of each department to ensure that effective communication exists between the various groups. Terry acts as liaison between the sales and design teams, assuring that all client expectations are met and exceeded.
