Terrence S.

Terrence S. is an IT professional with extensive experience in support and analysis roles. Currently serving as IT Analyst II at Empire Packing Company since June 2018, Terrence has also held positions as Supervisor of IT Support and Application Support Specialist within the same company. Prior to this, Terrence worked at CompuCom from September 2012 to June 2018 as Configuration Technician I, where responsibility included providing end-user support for over 2,000 customers and contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing user experiences. Beginning career at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers as a student from October 2009 to September 2013, Terrence has developed a solid foundation in technology and support services.
