Robert Gadsden

Robert Gadsden is an experienced operations manager currently with Empire State Realty Trust since April 2022. Previously, Gadsden held the position of Director of Field Operations at New York Cruise Lines, Inc. from July 2013 to March 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing multi-site field operations, budget management, and staff training. Gadsden also served as Director of Club Operations at Milford Management Corp. from 2009 to 2012, and as Manager of Operations at Equinox from 2008 to 2009, focusing on staff management and procurement processes. Earlier roles included Corporate Accounts Manager at Town Sports International (2004-2008) and Spa/Fitness Center Manager at Four Seasons Hotel (2001-2004), as well as serving as a Communications Specialist in the United States Marine Corps from 1991 to 1995.
