Samantha Sieka

Samantha Sieka has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Samantha began their career with Target in 2010 as an Executive Intern and progressed through various roles including Executive Team Leader Sales Floor, Executive Team Leader Human Resources, Store Director, and eventually Human Resources Business Partner. In 2020, Samantha joined Empire State Realty Trust as a Human Resources Business Partner and later served as the Human Resources Director and currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources.

Samantha Sieka completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Management from Monmouth University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Samantha has obtained two additional certifications. In November 2020, they became a Certified Nutrition Coach from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Most recently, in July 2022, Samantha obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
