Thomas N. Keltner

Thomas N. Keltner is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Empire State Realty Trust. Thomas has held this position since October 2013. Prior to that, they were a Partner & General Counsel at Malkin Holdings L.L.C. from July 1978 to October 2013. Before that, they were an attorney at Shearman & Sterling LLP from July 1975 to July 1978. Prior to that, they were a law clerk at the U.S. Courts of Appeals from July 1974 to July 1975. Thomas also served in the US Navy Reserve from July 1968 to June 1970 as a lieutenant (J.G.).

Thomas N. Keltner earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature from Harvard University, cum laude. Thomas then went on to earn their Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Real Estate and Securities Law from Columbia University in the City of New York.
