Carlos Mendez

Carlos Mendez is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in logistics and management. As the Director of Operations at Empire Today since October 2017, Carlos oversees the P&L of warehouse operations and manages daily material distribution for multiple remote locations. Prior to this role, Carlos held the position of Director of Operations at Lennox International, directing operations across four HVAC divisions and managing multiple teams. Carlos also served as Operations Manager at McKesson, leading operations for remote locations, and held similar roles at Crocs and Summer Infant, contributing to the development of distribution strategies and training programs. Carlos holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Operations and Management from DeVry University.
