Holly (Rose) Badertscher has extensive experience in the merchandising industry, holding key leadership positions in notable companies such as Empire Today, Portobello America, Lowe's Companies Inc., Floor & Decor, The Home Depot, and The Great Indoors. With a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising and Product Development from Bowling Green State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Holly has a strong educational background. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Merchandising at Empire Today, Holly has a proven track record of setting strategic directions, developing merchandising strategies, and driving sales growth in various retail businesses.
