Mino Matsuda

Mino Matsuda is a seasoned operations management professional with extensive experience in warehouse and distribution operations. Currently serving as Manager of National Warehouse Operations at Empire Today since June 2021, Mino focuses on enhancing operational processes across Warehouse, Distribution, and Installation Load Out functions. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Empire’s Flagship Regional Distribution Center, where key performance indicators were achieved, and 3PL Operations Manager at Batory Foods Inc, overseeing distribution and warehousing operations nationwide while managing P&L and compliance protocols. Mino's career began at Mariano's in logistics operations and includes a foundational role as a Sushi Chef at RA Sushi Bar Restaurant. Mino holds an Associate's degree from Oakton College and further education from DePaul University.
